Shipping Information:
Most of our products are typically in stock at our shop, so you can expect delivery within four to seven business days if you’re located in the United States. However, if a product is made to order or shipped outside of the United States, please allow for a possible four-week delivery time. Shipping rates are determined based on the recipient’s location.
Returns and Exchanges:
We happily accept returns and exchanges, but there are some conditions to keep in mind:
- Contact us within three days of receiving your order.
- Return the items within seven days of receiving them.
- We do not accept cancellations, but if you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us for assistance.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged:
Due to their nature, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. These items include:
– Custom or personalized orders
– Perishable products (such as food or flowers)
– Digital downloads
– Intimate items (for health and hygiene reasons)
Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policies:
At CJ’s Needle Works, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, an item falls short of your expectations, you may return it within seven days of receiving it. We offer two options:
- Exchange the item for another one.
- Receive a credit to your credit card, minus the shipping charges.

All returned items must be in unused and resalable condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. The return must be postmarked within seven days of receiving the purchase. If a product is made to order, items returned within seven days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Items Damaged in Transit:
If you receive any damaged items, please contact us immediately by email at support@cjsneedleworks.com or call us at (832) 463-1602. We will assess whether the damage is our responsibility and determine how to address the situation. If the damage is our fault, we will repair the item. If your package appears damaged or you discover damaged items upon opening it, please notify CJ’s Needle Works immediately by email or phone. We will discuss options for a replacement, refund, or credit. You will not incur any charges for returning a damaged item, and if a replacement is available, it will be shipped to you at no cost.
