Yes! Every CJ’s Needle Works piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because each item is individually crafted, slight variations naturally occur, making every creation uniquely special.

We strive to photograph every item as accurately as possible. Because each piece is individually handmade, slight variations in stitching, shaping, texture, placement, or finishing may occur. These small differences are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade craftsmanship

We do our best to display colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and device displays.

All CJ’s Needle Works items are handcrafted in the United States in a clean, smoke-free, pet-free environment.

Most items are handmade and product-ready for purchase. Some custom or specialty items may be made to order. When applicable, estimated production times will be listed on the product page.

Yes, select items may be customized depending on the design. Available personalization or customization options will be listed on the product page or may be discussed before ordering.

Custom and personalized orders may require a non-refundable deposit and cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Full payment is required before an order is processed or shipped. For approved custom orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins.

Shipping time depends on the type of item ordered.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are generally processed and shipped within several business days.

Made-to-Order or Custom Items: Additional creation time may be required. Estimated production times will be listed on the product page when applicable.

Shipping carrier delays are outside of our control once an order has been mailed.

Care instructions are listed on each product page when applicable. Handmade crochet and knit items should be handled gently and cared for according to instructions to help preserve their beauty, shape, and longevity.

Our handmade items are created with care and quality materials. However, adult supervision is always recommended for infants and young children.

Items with buttons, embellishments, bows, detachable parts, or decorative details may present a choking hazard for small children. Please inspect items regularly for wear.

CJ’s Needle Works is not responsible for misuse, improper care, or lack of supervision.

No. Unless specifically stated, handmade blankets, loveys, accessories, and similar items are not intended for unsupervised sleep and should always be used with adult supervision.

Please follow current pediatric safety recommendations for infant sleep.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or an error was made on our part.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on:

• Custom or personalized items
• Made-to-order items
• Baby or intimate-use items
• Digital products
• Final sale items

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval and must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the item and packaging.

We will review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, shop credit, or refund when applicable.

Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Orders may only be canceled before production or shipment begins.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once work has started.

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping services.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout when required by law.

We may not be able to accommodate changes after an order has been placed. Please contact us immediately if a correction is needed, and we will do our best to help.

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are handled by the shipping carrier. CJ’s Needle Works is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or lost packages after shipment, though we will gladly assist you in filing a claim when possible.

No. Handmade items are one-of-a-kind by nature. Slight differences are normal and are not considered defects. We believe these unique details are part of what makes handmade creations special.
