Welcome to CJ’s Needle Works, where you’ll discover beautiful and unique handmade creations in knitting, crocheting, sewing, and cross-stitch. We take pride in crafting items meant to be cherished for generations, becoming a part of your Family History. Our commitment is to provide quality, caring gifts that hold lasting value, meant to be passed down through the years.

  Returns and Exchanges 

We want you to be delighted with your CJ’s Needle Works purchase. If, for any reason, an item falls short of your expectations, please follow our return and exchange guidelines:


–   Contact Us:   Reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order via email at support@cjsneedleworks.com or by calling (832) 463-1602 if you encounter any issues.

–   Return Period:   Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

–   Cancellations:   We do not accept cancellations, but if you encounter problems with your order, please get in touch, and we’ll assist you.


  Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged 

Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they arrive damaged or defective. These items include:

– Custom or personalized orders

– Perishable products (such as food or flowers)

– Digital downloads

– Intimate items (for health and hygiene reasons)


  Refund, Returns, and Cancellations Policies 

  Refund/Exchange:   We are happy to exchange your returned item for another or provide a refund to your credit card, excluding shipping charges.

–   Condition:   All returned items must be in unworn, resalable condition with original tags attached and in their original packaging.

–   Postmark Deadline:   Please ensure that your return is postmarked within seven days of receiving your purchase.


–   Handmade to Order Items:   Products that are handmade to order and returned within seven days of receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


  Damaged Items 

If you receive any damaged items, please contact us immediately by email at support@cjsneedleworks.com. We will assess the situation and take responsibility for our defects. If the damage is our fault, we will promptly arrange for a repair or replacement of the item.



Full payment is required before we ship your item.



Here’s some important information about shipping:

  Availability:   Most of our products are readily available in our shop and will typically ship within four days.

–   Handmade to Order:   If a product is handmade to order, please allow up to four weeks for production and delivery.


  Additional Policies and FAQs 

  Items Damaged in Transit 

If your package appears damaged upon arrival or you find that the items inside are damaged, please call CJ’s Needle Works immediately at (832) 463-1602. Do not discard the original packaging materials. We will work with you to arrange for the damaged item to be picked up and discuss options for a replacement, refund, or credit. You will not incur any charges for returning a damaged item, and if a replacement is available, it will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
