Welcome to CJ’s Needle Works. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review these policies carefully before purchasing.
At CJ’s Needle Works, we create thoughtfully handmade knit, crochet, sewing, and needlework creations with care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. We are honored to be part of your special moments and appreciate your support of handmade artistry.
Handmade Nature of Our Products
Every CJ’s Needle Works item is individually handmade. Because of the handmade process, slight variations in stitching, texture, sizing, shaping, pattern placement, yarn placement, and finishing may naturally occur.
These variations are part of what makes handmade items unique and should not be considered defects. While we strive for consistency, no two handmade items will be exactly identical.
Smoke-Free & Pet-Free Environment
All CJ’s Needle Works products are handmade in a clean, smoke-free, and pet-free environment.
Product Photos & Color Variations
We strive to photograph all products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen resolution, monitor settings, or device displays.
Because every item is handmade, slight differences between the photographed item and the final handmade piece may occur.
Baby & Children’s Product Safety
Many CJ’s Needle Works products are intended for babies and children. Adult supervision is recommended at all times when using baby or children’s items.
Customers are responsible for inspecting products regularly for signs of wear, loose components, or damage before each use.
Discontinue use immediately if any safety concern arises.
CJ’s Needle Works is not responsible for misuse, improper care, unattended use, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
Product Care
Care instructions are provided on applicable product pages.
Customers are responsible for following recommended care instructions to help preserve the quality, appearance, and longevity of handmade items.
Improper care, washing, or handling may affect the appearance or durability of handmade products.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Select custom or personalized orders may be available depending on the product.
Custom requests must be approved before production begins.
For custom or personalized orders:

A 50% non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins.

Remaining balances must be paid before shipment.

Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Customers are responsible for confirming names, spelling, measurements, colors, personalization details, and other requested specifications before order approval.
CJ’s Needle Works is not responsible for customer-submitted errors.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required before any order is processed, created, or shipped.
Orders will not be fulfilled until payment has been received and successfully processed.
CJ’s Needle Works reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, or unusual purchasing activity.
Pricing & Sales Tax
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law.
Promotions, discounts, or special offers cannot be applied retroactively unless otherwise stated.
Shipping & Processing Times
Ready-to-Ship Items
Most in-stock products are processed and shipped within approximately 4 business days.
Handmade-to-Order Items
Handmade-to-order products may require additional production time. Please allow up to 4 weeks for production and shipment unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
CJ’s Needle Works is not responsible for delays caused by:

USPS or shipping carriers

Weather conditions

Holidays
-
Lost or delayed packages

Events beyond our control
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
CJ’s Needle Works is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Items & Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged or items are damaged during transit:

Please do not discard original packaging materials, as they may be required for claims.
If approved, we may offer:

A replacement item

Repair (if applicable)

Store credit

Refund (at our discretion)
No return shipping charges will apply for approved damaged-item claims resulting from our error or verified transit damage.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your CJ’s Needle Works purchase.
If you experience an issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Approved returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn

In original condition

Returned in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

Custom or personalized orders

Handmade-to-order products

Digital downloads

Intimate or hygiene-related items

Clearance or final-sale products
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from our error or an approved damaged-item claim.
Approved handmade-to-order returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
Because many products are handmade or begin processing quickly, order cancellations are not guaranteed.
Please contact us immediately if you need assistance with an order.
Once production has begun on handmade, made-to-order, or custom items, cancellations cannot be accepted.

CJ’s Needle Works is not responsible for customer errors submitted during checkout.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We value our customers and are committed to resolving concerns fairly.
By placing an order, customers agree to contact CJ’s Needle Works directly regarding order concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
We encourage communication so we may work together toward a resolution.
Limitation of Liability
CJ’s Needle Works shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, misuse, or inability to use any product.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item ordered.
